Objectives and Learning Outcomes

To give in depth knowledge of subject to students.
To enable students to apply their experience in practical settings throughout their careers by enabling them to develop the requisite abilities and professional knowledge of scientific notions.
To develop understanding in students regarding core functions of Botanical Science, Plant Pathology and the Economic Importance of plants.
To develop skill in areas such as Environmental Science, Medicinal Botany, Natural Technology, English/MIL Interactions, Biofertilizers, Nursery and Planting, Horticulture, and Floral Design.
To impart the knowledge & importance of Biodiversity.
To apprise the students about the Ethnobotany.
To familiarize the students about the role of Plants as:- Food, Fodder, Fuel, Fibers, Fertilizers, Medicines etc.
